Once again, we head to our Defenders. This time, to the 108th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stationed in the Zaporizhzhia area.
We are focusing on systematic assistance and structured support. Together, we have produced Electronic Warfare systems (funded by Andrii Bielousov), and Mr. Bielousov has also provided Mavic drones. The educators of our city, led by Nataliia Reva, contributed treats for the soldiers. The charitable foundation "Osonnia Ukrainy" supplied medical supplies, food, canned goods, and even pet food.
It was a large, valuable, and critically important shipment for our military. Everything was delivered successfully!
I proposed to the Mayor of Kamianske, Andrii Bielousov, that we travel directly to the front line to personally hand over all the aid to our troops. No officials, no formal ceremonies, no unnecessary personnel—just the two of us. We decided to load up the vehicle in the dark and set off. Our goal was to see our soldiers, talk to them, and determine their most urgent needs.
We wanted to do everything ourselves—look them in the eye, understand how they live and what they endure. Friendly embraces, sharing a cup of tea at a checkpoint, discussing personal matters, their daily routines, their experiences in the war. No official protocol—just hauling boxes of supplies, occasionally getting stuck in muddy fields, listening out for incoming and outgoing artillery fire, speeding down shattered roads at 120-130 km/h to avoid being hit, observing the enemy through a monocular, and constantly talking about the situation at the front, what steps to take next, how to use resources effectively, and how to continue working together.
We did it. Together. Without fanfare—quietly, methodically. We handed over two EW systems, six Mavic drones, an expensive AVENGER Booster antenna, abundant food supplies, treats, and more to our forces.
We got acquainted and spoke with the brigade commander of the 108th Brigade and the battalion commander of the 99th Battalion. We discussed their current needs, coordinated future assistance plans, and agreed on subsequent meetings. These individuals are true pillars of strength!
I want to thank Andrii Leonidovych for providing such essential support to our Armed Forces! We are grateful to our Defenders, and we bow to each and every one of them.
We will continue working together.
Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine!
