This is a solution to one of the major problems facing volunteers and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Finally! It has happened! Goodness, how long we’ve all been waiting for this.
Now it’s possible to officially register a vehicle to a specific service member at the Service Center, complete with a technical passport!
We will re-register ALL our vehicles to the soldiers. This is extremely important! And we’re talking about around 100 vehicles. At last, I’ll stop paying fines myself and be relieved of a huge responsibility for these vehicles. Plus, it’s a huge bonus for the guys—these will now officially be their vehicles!
Guys, please don’t call me right now—there’s going to be a flood of calls and chaos. Instead, message me on the designated platform (Zelenka), and I’ll set up a queue and lists so we can proceed calmly and get all the vehicles re-registered.

From the Official Announcement:
“At the request of the Ministry of Social Policy, the Government introduced a mechanism for the temporary state registration of vehicles that service members receive as humanitarian aid and use to defend the country. From now on, military personnel can register such transport in their own name and legally use it until the end of martial law and for three months after its cancellation or termination.”
We are waiting for “additional” explanations by December 2023, and then we’ll move forward.
