“JUSTICE” in Ukraine. Vehicles delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in 2022.
Please share widely.
We are losing our country, losing our common sense.
On Wednesday, there was a court hearing regarding ONE of our vehicles. It was not a trial but a mockery. We stand our ground, and we’re “guilty” for helping the AFU. It’s complete chaos! I didn’t write about it earlier because I was overwhelmed with emotion, and I was also caring for wounded comrades.
Dnipro Appellate Court.
Judge: Vitalii Valentynovych Rudenko.
They staged a brazen “deal” with the customs officers, without any shame whatsoever!
All procedural norms and laws of Ukraine were violated. NOT A SINGLE witness was questioned, despite all having been officially submitted in advance. All witnesses were present at the court and ready to testify. I can’t fathom how the judge dared to commit such blatant and unprecedented violations of Ukrainian law.
Witnesses:
A serving AFU soldier who had received the vehicle (brought straight from the front line to the court) and was ready to testify.
A representative of the military unit, prepared to confirm the vehicle’s use.
The head of the foundation (myself), who purchased and delivered the vehicle.
None of us were allowed into the courtroom, none of us were questioned. They claimed we were “not relevant to the case.” The hearing lasted 5 minutes—“GUILTY!”
So, we bought a vehicle with our own funds in 2022 and transferred it to the AFU. According to the court, that’s irrelevant. We didn’t take a single cent from the state; we do everything at our own expense.
The soldier who used this vehicle in combat operations and still serves today—irrelevant.
The official representative of the military unit where the vehicle was deployed—irrelevant.
All witnesses were officially submitted through motions in advance, and their details are in the case files. Everything done correctly, all with proper documentation. We also had about 10 more military witnesses with us, all saw and documented the proceedings.
Of course, we will file numerous complaints at all levels—to various authorities, the High Council of Justice, and so forth.
This case is highly illustrative. It’s a prime example of the current state of our judicial system, of our officials, our customs officers, and our state.
They act with impunity and bear no responsibility for the chaos they create, even as people die and the war rages on. They smile right into the faces of combat soldiers.
3rd Separate Assault Brigade, 108th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the AFU were present and witnessed everything. What’s your take?
We purchased this vehicle in 2022 and transferred it to the AFU. We have the transfer act, we have all the witnesses (as mentioned above). And now we have to pay a fine of 45,000 UAH for violating customs regulations—simply because we are patriots, because we support the AFU, because we spend all our money, energy, and health to support our Army.
Where are we headed? Who will fight for you? Who will support the Army? Who will remain here at all?
Customs officers, I know you’re reading this. Without emotion: we work systematically, we systematically help the AFU. You know this, you know where the vehicles are and where they serve. But you live in another dimension, another universe, where you only care about your performance indicators. You haven’t been to the front, haven’t visited the Defenders, haven’t seen blood, haven’t buried friends.
You’re having fun; everything is good for you. Perhaps you’ll even get bonuses for destroying volunteers and the AFU. Just know this: you have BLOOD on your hands—the blood of our Defenders, the blood of civilians and children. You are enemies of Ukraine, enemies of the AFU, enemies of our statehood. Are you waiting for the invaders, dreaming of it?
The boomerang will return. At any time, in any form.
We withstand the blow. We carry on.
We will continue to work systematically for the AFU. And we will work systematically regarding these customs officers as well—there’s plenty of information. “Civil servants”…
P.S. The enemy is only 29 km away from the Dnipropetrovsk region border in the direction of Pokrovsk, and 11 km from the Huliaipole area.
P.S. 2 Don’t stand aside; tomorrow the same could happen to you. Let’s unite. Together, we will defeat this scourge—they are not human. We are here, together, on our own land.
P.S. 3 Once again, I’m attaching photos of our vehicles delivered to the AFU in 2022, for which we are being prosecuted. Everything is public. For all these vehicles, we have transfer acts, photos, videos, witnesses, etc.
Glory to the AFU! Glory to Ukraine!
