We’ve just walked out of the courtroom. Our first victory!
I’m feeling emotional!
The Dnipro Appellate Court has handed down its first decision regarding our 28 vehicles transferred to the AFU—these were the very first vehicles I’ve written about extensively.
The court decided to cancel all fines against the volunteers (us) and all confiscation claims against AFU vehicles demanded by Customs. Completely in our favor!
I’ll provide a detailed report with documents later. Everything must be transparent and public!
Justice exists! My thanks to the judges of the Dnipro Appellate Court for taking the time to understand the case and deliver a fair ruling. The decision cannot be appealed. This sets a precedent. It’s the first of its kind in Ukraine.
There is still a great deal of struggle ahead. In total, there are 28 cases pending in courts of various levels. But this is our small, first victory.
We’ve spent three months, a great deal of nerves, and funds on this. Instead of working on the country’s defense, instead of having our guys remain at the front lines protecting us all, we’ve been forced to attend court hearings together!
What is this? Internal enemies? Or perhaps deliberate, subversive activities undermining the country’s defensive capabilities? There are those who should be asked these questions.
The Dnipro Customs Office continues to terrorize us! They waste time and smile right into the faces of our Defenders—those to whom we delivered vehicles in 2022—right in the courtroom.
It’s simply unbelievable! But that’s how it is.
